Frances C. Boisselle, age 85, of St. Mary Manor, Lansdale and Hudson, FL. died on August 23, 2014 at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Manual and Sarah Donohue Dasilva. She had worked in assembly at the Union Carbide Company in Southampton.
Her beloved husband, David A. Boisselle, died on August 11, 1999.
She was Catholic and a member of Saint John Bosco Parish in Warminster.
Surviving are her six daughters Frances LaMonte of South Carolina, Sarah Burlingame of West Chester, Patricia Sparks of Warminster, Nancy Good of Lansdale, Susan Meleta of Southampton and Dorothy Utech of St. Augustine, FL.; her sons Donald Boisselle of Coconut Creek, FL. and David Boisselle of Holland; seventeen grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Thursday, August 28th at 11AM at the Chapel at St. Mary Manor, 701 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale, PA. 19446 where the family will receive friends Thursday from 10 to 11AM. Relatives and Friends are also invited to call on Wednesday evening from 7 to 9PM at the Simcox-Mcilvaine Funeral Home, 532 E. Main St, Lansdale, PA. 19446. Interment Whitemarsh Memorial Park. For those desiring, in lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Frances to a charity of the donor’s choice would be preferred.
Aunt Frances is the Matriarch we love and we’ll all miss more than words can say. Aunt Frances was also my friend and she left me with those memories to enjoy. What a legacy !
