Ann Elizabeth “Nancy” McNeil, age 82, of Normandy Farms Estates in Blue Bell, passed away peacefully on Saturday evening, April 18, 2026.

She is survived by her loving husband John R. McNeil, III, whom she was married to for over 60 years.

Born in the East Falls section of Philadelphia she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mae (nee Boyd) McIlvaine.

Nancy was a proud graduate of Raven Hill Academy and Marymount University.

Along with raising a family she worked in retail sales and fund raising and later in administration at Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School.

Throughout her life she developed a deep attachment and love for Ocean City, NJ, where she spent childhood summers and most of her retirement years.  

Nancy had a special relationship with her sister Elaine Smith, and the two were often said to be “joined at the hip.”

In addition to her husband John, she is survived by her daughters Mollie Morgan (John) and Liz Clowes (Justin) and son Rob (Theresa), grandchildren, Emily (Evan), Jack, Abigail, Owen, Reid and Charlotte, sister-in law, Joan McIlvaine and brother-in-law Danny Smith as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded by her brothers, Chuck, John and Boyd, Sr and sister Elaine Smith.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 424 S. Main St, North Wales, PA 19454, where her family will receive friend from 10:00 to 10:50 AM, in Church, prior to Mass.

Interment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery at a later date.
