After serving in the United States Army, he married Stella Citrino, who preceded him in death. Together they had five children. Frank and Mario are deceased. He is survived by Jack Rosa-Martir, Pauline Rosa-Martir Schepperd, and Loretta Rosa-Martir, as well as six grandchildren—Ryan, Kristen, Tony, Reece, Melanie, and Alexandra—and six great-grandchildren.

Remembered With Love

His greatest joys were walking in the park and dancing at every event, festival, and neighborhood gathering. Neighbors and passersby knew him simply as “the dancer” or “the walker.” Among the family’s most cherished memories are time spent together at family gatherings with children and grandchildren, as well as the monthly dances at the fire hall.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Francisco’s Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 51 Lansdale Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446, where there will be a Viewing in Church, prior to Mass from 9:00 to 9:50 AM.
