Iva Nancy Hall, age 79, of Lansdale, was born on March 6, 1935 and has died on October 26, 2014, from breast cancer.
Raised in the Borough of Tunkhannock, PA. she was the daughter of the late Russell L. and Agnes V. (Wagner) Webber.
Wife, Mother, World traveler, Girl Scout, and Volunteer, Nancy will be most remembered as someone who saw no barriers. From teaching High Ropes courses in her 60s, to reaching the top of Machu Picchu in Peru on her 70th birthday, she never saw obstacles, only challenges.
55 years a Girl Scout, 53 years a Wife, 50 years a Mother, Nancy found it difficult to give up on anything she loved.
From Banker, to Lunch Lady, to School Bus Driver, to Human Resourses Manager, Nancy’s work life always centered around helping others. This giving spirit is evident in her volunteer work with the Girl Scouts, Lansdale Senior Center, High Ropes courses, and many other community projects.
Her legacy would be that no matter what the situation, no matter who the person, Nancy would find a way to not only fit in, but to make an impression. An impression of acceptance, tolerance, and an ability to give of herself with out pretension.
Nancy is survived by her beloved husband Edward J. Hall Sr, who was a longtime employee of the Visteon Corporation, her loving daughter Lydia L. Tuno and her husband Michael A. Tuno, and loving Son Edward J. Hall Jr., and his wife Kendra B. Hall, one beloved granddaughter Olivia M. Tuno, two sisters Ruth Evans and her husband Glen and Roberta Dearden and one sister in-law Theresa Webber.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her one brother, Bruce Ronald Webber and her brother in-law Thomas Z. Dearden.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 11 AM. at the Simcox-McIlvaine Funeral Home, 532 E. Main St., Lansdale, PA. 19446, where the family will receive friends from 9:30 to 11:00 AM before the service on Saturday morning. Interment private.

Dear Ed and Family: Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. Ward and Ruth King
Jim and I met the Halls in 2001 on an Elderhostel trip to Sorrento, Italy. In fact, they were the first people with whom we spoke as the group was gathering. That friendship has survived a 3000 miles separation, thanks to email. We have traveled together, visited and always had those email and telephone conversations. Nancy was always the cheery voice on the phone when I needed it.
My prayers and love go out to Ed, Lydia, Michael and the light of Nancy’s life, Olivia, as well the rest of Nancy’s family
