Ruth D. Snyder, age 87, of Harleysville died January 2nd at ManorCare in Montgomeryville.

She had lived at the Birches at Arbour Square in Harleysville and had previously lived in Colmar.

Mrs. Snyder was the daughter of the late Stephen and Doris Ray Constable.

She had been an office worker at Prudential Insurance Company. Her husband, Edward H. Snyder, died on March 1, 2000.

She was a member of Immanuel Church of the Nazarene.

Surviving are her sisters Marjorie Long and Joan Constable and many nieces and nephews. She also had brothers Albert, William and David Constable and sisters Nancy Moffett and Dorothy Lewis.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Wednesday, January 7th at 10AM at the Simcox-McIlvaine Funeral Home, 532 E. Main St., Lansdale, PA. 19446 where the family will receive friends Wednesday morning from 9 to 10AM. Interment Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
