Paul Dante Farina—3/6/2018

Paul Dante Farina, age 96, of Lansdale died on March 6, 2018 at his residence. Born in Lake Mary, Fl. he was the son of the late Colombo and Elsie Nordstrom Farina.

Mr. Farina served in 101st Airborne Division, US Army during WW2.

Following the War, he worked at Brooks Instruments in assembly.

Mr. Farina has lived in Lansdale since 1960 and was formerly from Florida.

He was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Lansdale.

Surviving are his wife Margaret (nee. Henderson) Farina, daughters Paula Kokoles and her husband Robert of Collegeville and Elaine Mattern of Chalfont and his son David Farina and his wife Linda of Lansdale; 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Also surviving are his sisters Lena Shaw and Helen Helms. His deceased siblings are John, Macadoo, Ralph, Frances and Laurence.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Wednesday, March 14th at 11AM at the Simcox-McIlvaine Funeral Home, 532 E. Main Street, Lansdale, Pa 19446 where the family will receive friends Wednesday from 10 to 11AM. Interment St. John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Paul’s name to American Heart Association, 1617 John F. Kennedy Blvd, #700, Philadelphia, PA 19103 or online at www.heart.org or a charity of your choice.
