John F. Minnucci—6/7/2018

John F. Minnucci of Sellersville, PA, passed away peacefully Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Doylestown Hospital after a lengthy illness.  He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Robin Minnucci, his daughters Dawn Minnucci Hager (J.R.), Tina Minnucci Casani (John), Taylor Minnucci Constable (Stephen), and grandchildren Kayla, Riley, Noah, and Aubrey Hager, and Vanessa Casani.  Also surviving John are his brother Francis Minnucci (Bobbi) and sister Rosemary Minnucci Carhart .

John was a lifelong resident of Lansdale, PA before relocating to Sellersville.  During the Vietnam Era he served his country as a Supply Sergeant, completing sharpshooter training and earning the National Defense Service Medal among other honors.  He was well known in the North Penn area during the 1970’s and 1980’s as an owner of Plaza Madrid Salon.  In recent years before retirement he excelled in the Telecommunications Industry, where he was lovingly known by his many friends as the “Don of Telecom”.  John was an avid Philadelphia sports fan who loved to talk sports with his family and friends. His retirement years have been spent supporting his children and grandchildren at their various sporting events and making his wonderful Italian recipes.

He will forever be in our hearts and remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

Funeral arrangements and burial are private.
