Loretta Lewis 86, returned to her heavenly home on September 17, 2018 after a valiant battle with a long illness. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her in her struggle and ultimately gave her peace.
Loretta was born to the late Charles and Ann Psulkowski, was a graduate of Nazareth Academy. She was a successful restaurant owner and a homemaker. She was immersed in the Catholic community her whole life and took great comfort in her prayers.
Loretta was blessed with a large and loving family. She married her husband Ron in 1953 and raised four children. Loretta was an independent thinker, witty and was always available to teach you your prayers.
Loretta is survived by her children, Ronald (Diane), Charles (Anne), Thomas (Denise), Loretta, (Paul); twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Rahn, and nephew Ronald (Martine) Rahn. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald and her sister, Sr. Mary Mark IHM (Leona).
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, September 21, with a viewing at 10am and a Mass of Christian burial to follow at St Stanislaus Catholic Church, 51 Lansdale Ave, Lansdale, PA. 19446. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to: EWTN, 5817 Old Leeds Road, Irondale, AL 35210.
I will fondly remember Loretta’s vibrant personality and wonderful sense of humor. Her zest for life was reflected in her boundless enthusiasm. She will truly be missed!
