Elena Rossi, age 85, of Lansdale and formerly of Mt. Airy, passed away early Monday morning, February 25, 2019 at her home in Lansdale.

Born in Masserie la Corte, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Filomena Varone.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Pietro Rossi on April 26, 2018.

Mrs. Rossi was a longtime member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Lansdale.  She loved spending time with her family and cooking.  She always looked forward to Sunday dinners with her family and seeing her grandchildren. Her favorite hobbies were gardening and crocheting.

Surviving are her three loving children, sons Gennaro and Roberto Rossi of Lansdale and daughter Natalina Veneziale and her husband Nick of Lansdale, brothers Piacente and Virgilio Varone, as well as her grandchildren; Stacy (Nate), Eric, Steven, Dominic, Emilia, and Dylan.  In addition to her husband and parents she was sadly preceded by her beloved daughter Anna Dickinson and her husband Steve.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 51 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale, where her family will receive friends from 10 to 11 AM in Church prior to Mass. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham.
