Marie “ Dolly” Weber Ryan
1930 – 2019 of Lansdale, Pa

A very loved wife, mother, mom mom and great mom mom,

Marie, 88 passed away April 18 surrounded by her family.

Marie was married to the love of her life Robert J Ryan for 69 years.

Dolly, as her family and friends new her, was born and raised in Lansdale, Pa later moving to Wyoming in 1951 with her husband Bob to pursue his military career. They returned to Lansdale in 1952 to begin a life raising their four children.

She had career with St Mary’s Manor in Lansdale, Pa spanning 40 plus years as an Executive Administrative Assistant.  She is best described as devoting her life to her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dolly would do anything for anybody, always putting others before herself.

She was a life long member of St. Stanislaus Parish.

Her biggest hobby was watching her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren grow up and being as involved as she could in their lives regardless of the city or state they were living in.

She is survived by her husband Bob, children Patrick (Beth), Joan Ryan, Thomas “Rusty” (Cheryl), 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Marie was preceded in death by her son, Robert S Ryan, her parents Adolph and Agnes Weber, Adolph Weber Jr., Agnes Armstrong and Joseph Weber.

Services will be Monday April 22 at St Marie Goretti Roman Catholic Church, 1601 Destine Rd, Hatfield Pa. A viewing and opportunity for greeting the family will be held in the church from 9:30 – 10:45 followed by mass at 11:00.

Because of Marie’s love for children in lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

  1. I never knew Dolly , but her daughter Joan is like part of my family and we love her. Dolly must have been wonderful to raise such a daughter. With love, Leslie

  2. Our Deepest condolences to the Ryan family. Dolly was always a pleasure to be around and we always enjoyed a nice conversation with her. I know she was the treasure of her family and will surely be missed but never forgotten !!
