Francis (Frank) J. Hylinski, 86, of Lansdale, Pa., passed away peacefully on March 20, 2020, after a long illness. Frank was a resident at Elm Terrace Gardens, located in Lansdale PA. Frank was the beloved husband of Anna (Ann) T. Hylinski who preceded him in death in 2017. Frank and Ann shared their lives, created a family, and were married nearly 60 years.
Born in Conshohocken, PA, he was the youngest son of the late Stanley Hylinski and Josephine (Pudinski) Hylinski.
Frank was a proud veteran, who served in the United States Air Force from 1951 through 1955.
Frank was a mechanical engineer who worked for many years at Deltron, Inc., Lansdale, Pa., Hope Industries, Willow Grove, Pa., and Liberty Technologies, Conshohocken, Pa.
Frank loved coaching kids’ sports and was a baseball coach for the Lansdale Little League in the 1970s.
During the late 70s and 80s, Frank was a member of the Lansdale Catholic High School Fathers Club.
Frank was a devoted Catholic and a long-time parishioner of both Epiphany of Our Lord Church, Blue Bell, Pa., and St. Stanislaus Church, Lansdale, Pa.
Family was Frank’s highest priority, and he will be remembered always as a devoted and loving husband, father and grand pop, uncle and brother.
Frank’s family and friends will remember his bright smile and sunny disposition.
Frank is survived by his children, Kathleen Hylinski of Lansdale, Pa., and her daughters, Alexandra and Isabella; Christopher Hylinski and his wife, Joanne, of Charlotte N.C., along with their daughters, Grace, Charlotte, and Hope, and Mary Ann Hylinski, of North Wales, Pa., and her daughter, Olivia.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Stanley Hylinski, Henry Hylinski, Edmund Hylinski, Joseph Hylinski and his sister, Irene Mieczkowski.
Frank will be laid to rest during a private service on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. Relatives and friends will celebrate Frank’s life during a memorial service at St. Stanislaus Church, 51 Lansdale Avenue, Lansdale, Pa., to be scheduled at a later date.
