Thank you to the staff, and residence of Elm Terrace Gardens for your love and support of our beloved husband/ father/ grandfather/ great-grandfather/great-great-grandfather/uncle/friend: Raymond A Peacock.
First professional contact with Ray was in the early nineties, always helpful, with considerable insight into the technical issues at hand.
Dear Alice, Ray Jr. & Family,
Ray was a very special man, and Barb and I will always remember his welcoming smile and friendship, especially when I joined the Knights of Columbus, those many years ago. Alice, we will keep you and your wonderful family in our prayers.

For more than 40 years, I have known Mr. Peacock. It has been a pleasure to have had him as a part of my life. Have such fond memories of picnics in the backyard, watching a boxing match on the TV (actually missed the match, as it was a 1st round knockout, and I stepped out of the room), he never let me forget that. He became much more than my friend’s father, he became a close cherished friend of mine. I will miss you so very much.
Dave
Dear Aunt Alice and family,
We were so sorry to hear of Uncle Raymond’s passing. He was a wonderful person and would always bring a smile with his jokes. God bless all of you during this difficult time.

Dad ~ Thank you for everything, especially teaching me the joy it brings to make someone smile. You will always be in my heart. Annmarie
Dear Peacock family,
I am so very sorry to hear of Ray’s passing. Crossing paths with Ray put a smile on my face and made my day a happy day! He always had a “tip” for me, a piece of Dove chocolate. He would wait with me til I opened it and read aloud the bit of advice printed on the foil label. Ray will be sadly missed but sweet memories will forever bring a smile to my face.
Prayers for you, Alice and family.

R.J. my deepest condolences my old friend. He was a great guy. I’ll never forget our trips to the Poconos together and how your Dad always kept things light and comical.
I will pray for him.
Dear Peacock Family, It’s hard to understand why people are taken from us, but find comfort in knowing you were a special part of such a well lived life. With love and our Deepest Sympathy.

Dear Alice, Ray, Carol, and Family,
Sorry to hear about SK Ray Sr. Passing. It was great to see him out at times. Always had a smile and a witty joke. I will remember him when I started working the Bingo nights with him.
He showed me the ropes of how bingo worked and then would ask me if I remembered any of his jokes I said no, did you remember any of mine? He had a good Laugh at my come back.
He will sorely be missed.

Thanks to Ray, I was introduced to the Rose and Rosary celebration at St Maria Goretti Parish and what a blessing it was to have him as a mentor. His wit, often corny, was never mean-spirited but aimed at having us all see the underlying truth to each situation. He will be missed in this life and sure to cause lots of “groans” in the next. If there is a way to “earn one’s crown,” I believe he certainly did.
Dear Ray, Carol and family,
Our deepest condolences on the loss of your father.
Death leaves a huge heartache, but Love leaves a memory no one can steal.
Sincerely,
Ken & Gigi Marsaglia
We were so sorry to hear about the passing of Sir Knight Ray Peacock. We hope that the love of family and friends will comfort and strengthen you in the days ahead. Our departed Brother and Sir Knight will be remembered daily in a special Mass offered for the repose of his soul at St Mary’s Church, the birthplace of the Order, in New Haven Connecticut.
– Al Perry, Faithful Navigator, Father Joseph C. Tomko Assembly 934, Knights of Columbus.
Ray Sr. will be sorely missed, Everytime that I ever ran into him, he brought more happiness into my day and put a smile on my face. When I asked how he was, he always said “Darn near perfect, because there was only ever one perfect person – and you know what they did to him!”. Well Ray – you finally get to meet him, and I think if you tell him that story, you will see him smile too.
Sincerely,
Michael Lembo
Dear Alice, Ray & family, “Everybody Loves Raymond” was the response you would get when you would ask how he was. He always had a joke, as corny as they were, & they were what everyone calls “Dad jokes”. I always thought they were funny. He will be sorely missed by all. We will keep everyone in our prayers. God bless you Ray! Maripat & Pat Shelly
Dad, Thanks for all your love and guidance
