To the Saylor family, my sincere condolences on your loss of Michael. I just learned of his passing and was very saddened by the news. I very much regret not being able to attend his service. Those years that I lived on Poplar Street made for a great childhood. Mike, Tim, Eddie, and I were always playing some sport or activity and Mike was the best athlete in the bunch. Our paths seldom crossed after I moved away, and even though we still went to the same schools, I fell out of touch. Seeing his picture really brought me back. Please accept my deepest sympathies. – Mike King #533

Praying comfort and peace to all of the Saylor family as you process and adjust to life without your son, brother, father, cousin, friend… I have many fond memories of Eileen’s welcoming dinner table where I was treated like family. Mike was such a blessing in my life during our high school days. Learning he was sick caused me to unearth old photos and poems he penned and I’ve been reminiscing and praying for you all. I’m certain he was welcomed with the words, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
May God bless you in your next journey and bring you home to enjoy all the promises offered. RIP Michael and allow our arch-Angel Michael carry you
Brian, Matthew, family and friends- my family and I are truly sorry for your loss. Brian, as your co worker, as your friend and possibly sometimes as a father figure I always knew your father loved you both with all his heart!!! Your father wasn’t always great with words, but he ofter told me over coffee that “his boys ment the world to him”. Your father was a hard worker and cared deeply. My thoughts and prayers to the entire Saylor Family. Love, Luke, Patty, Alexis, Derek and Danielle.
