The family would like to express their deep gratitude for the generous hospitality of the Assumption sisters who welcomed our mother with open arms and hearts. While maintaining her life with family and friends, she was immersed in an atmosphere of prayer and fraternal love. Thank you for games of Rumicube and exchanging riddles. The sisters not only welcomed our mom, they got the entire Soley clan and welcomed us with grace and humor! It was a remarkable arrangement that brought great joy to us all—and impressed everyone who experienced it.
We would also like to express our gratitude to the professional women and men who came into our lives to care for our mother. Abington Jefferson Hospice, Tower Hospice, Synergy Home Care. Thank you for the quiet work you do to aid and guide us and our loved ones through very difficult, but sacred times.
We are forever grateful to Mom’s bridge friends over the years! Terri, Roberta, May, Barbara, and the many more, who shared hours of cards, lunches and good times with our mother. Thanks, Terri, for making it possible for her to play all through chemo. and then “calling the girls” for games here at the convent!
