Joseph Peter Dulis–2/6/2021

Joseph Peter Dulis, 81, of Lansdale, Pa., died Saturday, February 6, 2021, at Abington Hospital.

He was born April 4, 1939, to Bertha and Aloysius Dulis. He was married to Rose Marie (nee Brinkos) on September 17, 1960, at St Stanislaus Church, Lansdale.

After graduating from the former Little Flower High School in Lansdale, he studied architecture and drafting at Drexel. He served in Thailand during his four years with the Army during the Vietnam War.

He worked at Greene Tweed in North Wales and Harleysville for more than 35 years. After retirement (not being able to sit still) Joe began working as a driver and later as Dispatch Assistant for Car Sense in Hatfield, where his wife also worked. His laid back approach to work was always popular with his coworkers.

He resided in Line Lexington and Lansdale.

Joe enjoyed woodworking, fishing, going to the casinos, cruise vacations and yes, the Dallas Cowboys. He and his wife enjoyed hosting family events, which often featured spirited nickel and dime poker games.

He is survived by his wife, Rose Marie, and his sons, Joe, Jr. and Jim and his grandchildren: Casey, Chelsea, Haley and Jake Dulis.

Visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 AM, Monday, February 15 2021, at St Stanislaus Church, Lansdale Pa., followed by Mass at 10:30 a.m.

The family wishes to extend their thanks to Abington Hospital Medical and ICU staff for their care.
