Margaretta (Midge) Fry, 97 of Lansdale, Pa., passed away May 7, 2021. She was born in Phoenixville, Pa.
She was the beloved wife of the late William Fry who died in 1969. She was the daughter of the late Francis and Josephine (nee. O’Neill) Rielly.
Midge graduated from Hallahan High School and was employed at Bell Telephone for 30 years. She started out as a switchboard operator and held various positions until her retirement.
Midge loved and cherished her children, Bill Fry (Maria) and Midge Durkin (Jack).
She was the dear Mom Mom to Kim Durkin, Bill Fry (Erin), Michael Fry (Jackie), Tim Fry (Megan). the late, great Jake Durkin, and Jim Durkin (Hannah).
Midge was lovingly called GiGi by her great grandchildren, Jackson, Nolan, Katie, Liam, TJ, Connor, Jax, and Rocco.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing, Wednesday May 12, 2021, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM at St. Stanislaus Church, 51 Lansdale Avenue, Lansdale, Pa. Interment St. Ann Cemetery, 305 West Pothouse Road, Phoenixville, Pa.
