Paul Douglas Clugh 53, of Lansdale passed away July 20, 2021, at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA from a motorcycle accident.
He is survived by his mother Ruth E. Clugh, a son Michael A. Clugh, a daughter Melody A. Clugh, and a granddaughter Kalysee R. Mccarthy. The family respected and honored his last wishes to become an organ donor. He was able to save 3 other lives from a tragic motorcycle accident and gave them the gift of life. He had a hugh heart and was such a giving man so, thankfully his memory will live on through those recipients.
He was a Union Carpenter, Philadelphia Local 158. PD, as many of us know him: enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting pool, watching Nascar races, pitching softball for a local hometown team, and was an avid fan of the Philadelphia team’s (Eagles, Flyers, and Phillies). A few of his most loved passions were riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and getting together with family and friends.
In addition to his mother, children, and granddaughter he is survived by his sister Diana and two brothers Richard and Steven. Various nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Jack and niece Jen. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in the care of Simcox-McIlvaine funeral home inc, Lansdale.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions can be made to the gift of life or to the family for Aid of funeral services. A celebration of life will be conducted in the near future, the time and location are still pending.
