Jack share his life with everyone he met whether on the golf course, with a beverage or in a casual passing. Everyone has their fondest memories as he touched our hearts, minds and souls with his grace, with and the quickest humor under the sun.
I am honored to have shared time with him and will celebrate his life each and every moment as his Legacy lives. Sisters and Brothers this what we do in life echoes in eternity.
The Irish have a saying, and please allow me to indulge for just a mere moment, in the eyes of eternity:
“Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; Love leaves a memory no one can steal. May the Irish hills caress you. May her lakes and rivers bless you.”
GOD Bless.
Respectfully,
Mark
My heartfelt condolences to Rosemary and the family.
I worked with Jack at Squires and remember him fondly. Each time I arrived for work I passed through the pro shop where Jack would always have a new joke, limerick, or hilarious comment ready to deliver. He always seemed to have me (and everyone else) in stitches throughout the day.
My fondest memory is from one evening when I went to play a few holes. I was standing on the first tee when I heard a window from the pro shop open and Jack shouts out: “Hey Slapshot (his nickname for me since I played ice hockey), you’re standing on the wrong side of the ball (I play golf left-handed)!!”. Needless to say, all eyes were on me as I sliced my drive into the rough.
Godspeed Jack, I am sure you already have them laughing.
Rosemary, My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family upon the death of your husband. May he Rest In Peace.

Rosemary and family, Jack was a gem, and will never be forgotten.
You were a great brother- in – law. Bob said your golf games were always fun and where would he be without the nickname that Jack gave Bob. We enjoyed trips like Alaska, family parties and weddings and picnics. My kids loved riding in the car with Jack. He was so much fun and he will be missed by all of us.
Bob , Ruth , and family.

Rest in peace Dad, you were my best friend when i was so sick as a kid…..your jokes and laughter carried me through many trying times then. The memories and that sense of humor i inherited from you has gotten me through many trying times in my adulthood. Thank you for teaching me to be a survivor.
Jack was the head pro at Squires when I first joined the club in the 80s. I never saw him without a smile on his face and a kind or funny word for me. I share your sadness at his loss.
