Kenneth (Ken) James Broughton II, age 33, of Hatfield, PA passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2022.
Ken came to us on Monday, August 8, 1988, in Sumneytown PA. Ken’s parents are Mr. Kenneth James Broughton (Terri) and Ms. Sharon Faust Manfredi.
Ken attended Saint Stanislaus Catholic School thru 8th grade then transferred to North Penn for High School. He was also a team mate on the North Penn Fighting Knights Football team under Coach Beck’s in their 2003 victorious State Championship (AAAA) that compiled a 15 – 0 perfect season.
Ken’s undergraduate studies were in his love of justice with Pre-Law courses. Ken was honored during his tenure in college with his podcast he hosted during his weekly radio show. This progressive current events show was retired when Ken moved on from his academia career for his true love in life.
Ken’s passion for justice, diversity, inclusion and equity propelled him into the career he chose at an early age in life. Ken’s life-long dream of owning his own Hospitality enterprise consisting of food, spirits and songs to fill the air led him to a career in Hospitality Management. Ken excelled at all aspects of the hospitality industry especially in the ever demanding areas of restaurant management, casino profitability, and recreational services. He was a truly an inspirational leader to his associates, peers and team members.
Ken’s hobbies included but not limited to his passion for his NY Giants and the two Super Bowl Championships he celebrated with Giant Nations. Ken was there when the ‘Curse’ was decimated in 2008 with the Broad Street Philadelphia Phillies World Series victory (4 games to 1) over the defeated Tampa Bay Rays as the City of Brotherly Love showed their love to World Champions Philadelphia Phillies. Ken, when not cheering on his beloved Giants, Phillies, NJ Devils, immersed himself into Manchester United and the Premier League.
Ken is survived by his Father (Kenneth Broughton), Mother (Sharon Faust Manfredi); Grandmother (Mrs. Rosemary Pickersgill); brother (Antonio Manfredi); and many relatives, friends and associates.

Thank you to Father Sean English, Saint Stanislaus Choir, family, friends and all who helped us celebrate Ken’s life. Without Love, day to day insanity is king. May the four winds take you safely home.
Kenny you will always be in my heart I miss you so much. Rest In Peace my sweet son may God hold you dearly in his embrace until we meet again and I can hold you in my arms ❤️ I love you ❤️
I’ve known Ken online for about 10 years now. We’d chat on Messenger about music, video games and anime or hop on Discord and play video games together. I considered him my best friend. I hope we meet again one day on the other side and can have a match in Street Fighter 3rd Strike for old times sake. I will miss you so much buddy.
We were really good friends in highschool and college. I’ll never forget all the great times we had together- Hilarious hijinks on the school bus. Going to metal concerts. Head banging to Tenacious D in his Fiero. Making completely inappropriate jokes on the college radio show and getting kicked off air.. twice. Playing garage band super loud in the basement and singing like idiots to Dragonforce. Parties at Peguin’s Pub. It was a blast every moment with Ken.
It was through those years you forge who you are as a person for the rest of your life and I’m very grateful I was able to spend that time with him.
He was a loyal friend and always had his heart in the right place. He will not be forgotten.
Rest in peace, Ken.
I only met Ken once thru his Grandmom. I felt like I knew him because of all the stories I heard about him growing up. Jack and Rosemary were so proud of him. He was so loved. Rest well Ken!
I didn’t know Ken very long but in the time I did know him there wasn’t a moment where he didn’t make me laugh. He listened and did what he could to always give me good advice. He was a good man and good friend. I’m sending prayers to everyone he knew.
Ken was a kindhearted man who will be missed
