Robert (Bob) Leroy Reynolds, age 83, a resident of Colmar, Pennsylvania died peacefully on
June 16, 2022.
He was born on January 14, 1939 in Doylestown to the late Harvey and Mary (Ament)
Reynolds. He was the brother of the late Sandra Ferst (Joseph). Being the first grandchild of
the late Stephen and Mary Ament, Bob’s favorite childhood memories are of his time spent at
their farm in Danboro, PA, surrounded by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Bob graduated from North Penn High School in 1957 and was a long time employee of
Trailmobile, Enviorospray, and Saint Mary’s Manor.
Bob met Ann, his wife of almost 60 years, in Lansdale (she was the sister of his best friend
George and they lived just one block away from each other). It was a romance of a lifetime.
They enjoyed music, dancing, movies and long drives. Bob’s love for music led him to create a
band called The Chaparells in 1967, where he was the bass player. The band played locally for
about 5 years. Bob and Ann married in 1962 and had 4 children, Terry, Jeff, Monica and
Brandon who he adored and admired, along with their 9 grandchildren and 6 great
grandchildren. His face would light up when they visited.
Bob’s varied interests included, raising pigeons, vintage collectables, weekly yard sales, country
music, old westerns, and porching. Although he never learned to swim, he loved his trips to
Sea Isle with Ann, Marie, Larry, Trudi and Tim, where lots of laughter and shenanigans took
place.
But his greatest love was his family. In addition to his wife Ann, he is survived by his children
Theresa Feher, Jeffrey Reynolds (Kelly), Monica Gardner (Cory) and Brandon Reynolds (Amy).
His grandchildren, Jessica Reynolds (Laura), Jennifer Beck (Alex), Joseph Feher (Carly), Tyler
Feher (Erinna), John Feher (Morgan), Mason Reynolds (Pairee), Collin Gardner, Nash
Reynolds, and Cooper Gardner. Great grandchildren include Noah and Avery Beck, Emerson
and Nola Feher, Wesson and Calla Reynolds. Bob also leaves behind many aunts, uncles,
cousins, nieces and nephews. Also preceded in death were his beloved cocker spaniels: Girl
1, Girl 2 and Girl 3.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Robert’s Funeral Mass on August 12, 2022 at 10:30 AM, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 51 Lansdale Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446, where the family will receive friends beginning at 9:30 AM in Church, prior to Mass.
