Margaret M (Burns) Fagan, age 82, of Lansdale, PA passed away, September 21, 2022 surrounded by her family. Margaret was born in Chestnut Hill, PA. She was the daughter of the late James F and Margaret (Muhlbauer) Burns.
Margaret’s younger years were spent as an ‘army brat’ traveling with her family. Margaret graduated from Stuttgart American High School in Stuttgart, Germany. She is a graduate of Sacred Heart Hospital School of Nursing in Allentown, PA. Margaret worked at North Penn Hospital, Foulkeways, and as a private in-home nurse.
Margaret is a member of St Stanislaus Parish. She was a volunteer for many years at St Stanislaus School where some may remember her as the ‘hot dog lady.’
She is preceded in death by her sister Mary (Burns) Huttanus and her brother Joseph Burns.
Margaret is survived by her brothers James Burns (Jane), John Burns (Sarah) and her sister in law Janice Burns.
Margaret was devoted to her family and will be deeply missed by her children Colleen Hagenlocher (John), Richard Fagan III, David Fagan (Amalia), Jennifer Levins, Michele Muehlbronner (Walter Jr), and Michael Fagan (Danielle); her grandchildren Kayla Johns (Keith); Kyle (Kelly) and Jacob Levins; John David (Jack) Fagan; Cara, Caitlyn, and Walter III Muehlbronner; Michael Jr and Mia Fagan; and her great-grandchildren Miles and Hudson Johns.
Margaret was thankful for the many blessings of her Catholic Faith and for her family – the meaning for her life. She spent many summers at the Jersey Shore and many winters in sunny Florida. She enjoyed her many travels and especially her pilgrimage to Israel.
Margaret would like the memory of her to be a happy one. Please remember her family in your thoughts and prayers.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Margaret’s Mass of Christian Burial, on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 12:30 PM, at St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church, 51 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale, PA 19446, where the family will receive friends, beginning at 11:30 AM, in Church, prior to Mass. Interment St. John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Margaret’s name to St. Stanislaus Church at the address above.

I remember skiing with her many years ago. She was a good athlete.
