Marie A. Langton—1/21/2023

Marie A. Langton (nee Kreydt), 83, passed away on Saturday January 21, 2023, surrounded by family. She was born on January 26,1939, in New Philadelphia, PA to the late Ernest and Mary Spokas Kreydt. She was the beloved wife of 43 years to Raymond Langton, who passed away in 2004. 

She is survived by her children Marybeth Lambert (Bill), Joseph Langton (Patti), Raymond Langton (Carole) and Patrick Langton (Nicole), her beloved grandchildren Taylor, Courtney, Erin, Ali, Ryan, Casey, Tim, Chris and Jenna. 

Also surviving are her sisters, Peg Zacko and Kathy Lescavage (Joseph), brother- in- law Thomas Langton (Pat), all from New Philadelphia, as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

Marie loved gardening, cooking for her family, attending her grandchildren’s dance recitals and sporting events and spoiling her grand dog Sydney. 

She enjoyed all the summer family vacations, and the many Navy reunions and casino trips with her husband Ray. 

Marie also enjoyed all the many friends from the close-knit neighborhood where she lived since 1963. There was always a picnic, party, or someone to talk to. 

The family would like to thank Caring Hospice Service for their compassionate care.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on January 27, 2023, at 10:30AM at St. Stanislaus Church, 51 Lansdale Ave, Lansdale, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation from 9:00AM to 10:15AM at Simcox-McIlvaine Funeral Home, 532 E. Main St., Lansdale, PA 19446. Interment will be at Saint John Neumann Cemetery in  Chalfont.
