Keith was born to Edmond and Carolyn Waters in Philadelphia PA on August 29, 1975.
Keith attended St Therese Parochial School until he reached high school, when he transferred to Central High School, Class of 252. He also attended Millersville University and Peirce College.
Keith was an amazing, smart man with a great personality, which made him perfect for his career in sales management. He was loved by many loyal friends and business contacts. Keith loved all things sports and enjoyed hanging out with friends to watch the games. He had a wonderful sense of humor, was quick witted, and always kept us laughing.
Keith was a loving family man. His greatest love and total devotion was for his children Kayla and Sam. They were his whole world.
Keith is survived by his parents, Edmond and Carolyn Waters; his daughter, Kayla Ruffin-Waters and son, Samuel Ruffin-Waters; his sisters, Kelli Davis (Mark) and Anita Waters (Courtney Edwards); his dear friend, Chantee Ruffin and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Keith will be dearly missed by his loving family and his many friends.
