LOVING, HUSBAND, FATHER AND GRANDFATHER

Earl Francis Henion, age 77, of East Norriton, died Monday, July 31, 2023, at Einstein Montgomery Hospital.

Born May 3, 1946, in Norristown, he was the son of the late Earl and Pauline (nee. Genuardi) Henion.

Earl married the love of his life, Christine (nee. Zackiewicz) Henion on May 26, 1973, and they enjoyed a beautiful marriage of 50 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by their loving son Ryan and his wife Althea;  two grandchildren, Ethan (7) and Athena (4), and many, many friends. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gaspar and Josephine Genuardi.

He was a graduate of Holy Savior High school and Millersville University.

Mr. Henion spent 35 years working in accounting for Genuardi’s Super Markets.

He loved railroads, especially historic railroads, and became an avid collector of trains at the age of 14.

Mr. Henion was a devoted Catholic and became a 4th degree after joining the Knights of Columbus.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Friday, October 6, 2023, at 11:00 AM at St. Titus Catholic Church, 3006 Keenwood Rd., East Norriton, PA 19403, where his family will receive friends from 10 to 10:50 AM in Church, prior to Mass. Interment will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Norristown.
