Edward Camacho died August 11, 2023, in the arms of his children, Chrissy and Eddy, Jr. and granddaughter, Monét.

He was born on February 26th 1936 to Lina and Esubio Camacho. He was married to his wife Betty Camacho, for 53 years before we lost her sadly and suddenly in 2008. He had one child from a previous relationship, Edith Koplewicz and two children with Betty, who are named Christine Camacho and Edward Camacho Jr.  He had six grandchildren; Monét, Mia, Alex, Aaliyah, Amirah and Avery.

He was popular and loved in every community he lived in, especially Woodside, NY, where Eddie and Betty lived for 50 years with their children and grandchildren and he worked as a maintenance worker for most of his life. 

He was a hardworking, dependable, protective and supportive man with many diverse interests such from just relaxing and reading the newspaper to owning vintage cars, jewelry and lifting weights.  

He is finally reunited with Betty where they will always be watching over us. He was an influential and core member of our family who will always be remembered and missed deeply by his family, especially his children, grandchildren and many friends. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Viewing on Saturday, August 19, 2023, from 4 PM to 7 PM at the Simcox-McIlvaine Funeral Home, 532 E. Main St., Lansdale, PA 19446, which will be followed by a Service.
