Norma Vanessa Singley (nee Seda) passed away, at the age of 87, in Lansdale, PA. on Friday, September 15, 2023.
Born December 3, 1935, in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Raul Seda and Aurea Rivera-Rios. She was married to the late Edward Singley, who passed away on December 16, 2015.
She resided in Puerto Rico, New York, Connecticut, and Lansdale.
In Norma’s younger years, she enjoyed many social activities.
Surviving are her stepchildren, Edward Singley (Kristin) and Kelli Barlow (Michael) and 5 step-grandchildren. Her nephews and nieces, Nelly Donavon and Jim and Dennis Seda, and dear friends, Jim and Mary Kelly, Sean Kelly, and Jim Kelly, Jr. (Erin), dear companion Frank Ferris as well as her loving Connecticut friends.
In addition to her parents and beloved husband, Edward, she is preceded in death by her stepdaughter, Cynthia Hambach (July 29, 2022) and her brother Jim Seda.
Norma’s Funeral Mass will be held Friday, September 22, 2023, at 10:30 AM., at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 51 Lansdale Ave, Lansdale, PA, where the Viewing will begin 9:30 AM in Church, prior to Mass.
Interment is private at Sunset Memorial Park in Huntingdon Valley, PA
The family would like to thank the caring staff of Elm Terrace and the wonderful nurses and doctors of Doylestown Hospital.
