With great sadness we announce the passing of our dear mother, Theresa J. Frizzle, suddenly on October 25, 2023.
She was born on November 7,1935, in Philadelphia, where she grew up. After graduating from Little Flower High School, she married her long-time school sweetheart Francis J. Frizzle on September 24, 1955.
They raised a family starting in Philadelphia and moved to North Wales in 1966 which has been her home since. She was an active member of Saint Stanislaus Parish all these many years. Theresa was devoted to Saint Therese of the Little Flower as well as The Blessed Mother Mary. Whenever there were difficult times somewhere a rose would appear to comfort her. There wasn’t a person she met that she didn’t add to her daily prayers.
Theresa is preceded in death by her parents William and Mary Malady, her sister Ann Mitchell, brother William Malady, as well as her loving husband Francis Frizzle.
Theresa is survived by are daughter Dianne Foore and son Donald Frizzle. She is Nana to grandchildren Christine Frizzle-Hegyi and husband, Andrew, Madelyn Foore, Benjamin Foore, Daniel Foore, Katharina Frizzle, and Jennifer Shreffler. Great grandchildren Gavyn Foore, Ella Hegyi, Isabella Shreffler, and Robert De Gracia. Theresa was also a loving aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her sister Mary Madden.
The family will celebrate Theresa’s life Friday, November 3, 2023, at Saint Stanislaus Church, 51 LansdaleAve, Lansdale, Pa. The viewing in church will be 9:00 -10:30 am followed by mass at 10:30 am.
