Charles W. Goodolf lll, “Chuck”, 68, of Harleysville, died Saturday morning November 11, 2023 at the Valley Manor Rehab and Care Center, Coopersburg.
Chuck was born October 25, 1955 to the late Charles W. Goodolf Jr. and Angeline T. Goodolf (nee Munio). He graduated from North Penn High School in 1973.
Over the years he was employed at Clemens Country Kitchens, Jersey Bakery Distributors and the Patio Snack Bar.
He was an avid fisherman and especially liked fishing trips to Canada. He played bass guitar in the Legion of St. Elmo band. He also enjoyed cooking with his friends.
He had a passionate love for dogs. He cared for many dogs over the years for people on vacation. Very close to his heart were RayRay and Diamond.
He is survived by a sister Barbara Diblasi and her husband Larry of Souderton, and a brother Harry Goodolf of East Greenville. He is also survived by a niece Valerie and her husband and children, a nephew Tim, and many lifelong friends.
Services will be private.
Chuck,such a good man,one of a kind. Especially remember the days with him playing bass in the band (the legion of st Elmo) what a talent.self taught and so good.
Friends since our young days,he had so many friends.Many laughs and good times throughout the years.Sad to say goodbye
