Mary Jane will be missed; we met at the Hatboro pool and bonded over being recent transplants from other states and having 7 year old daughters at Crooked Billet. Decades long friendships are rare and to be cherished. Mary Jane was an inspiration as she navigated life’s challenges and changes and the success of her children and grandsons stand as living proof. Summer days, sun and adult swim memories last forever!
Closer to the sun, now. MaryJane was a wonderful neighbor and friend. I shall ever be thankful to her for introducing me to the Hatboro pool , where I still continue to sun and soak my body In the heat of the summer. Mary Jane will be missed, “whatever!”!
I have known Mary Jane for 60 yrs. Both of us were only children and I considered her as a sister. It’s been a long distance relationship but we still remained close. Shared our children and our lives together. I can’t describe my feeling of loss. My sympathy to her children.
I’m so sorry to hear about Tony’s mom passing. I grew up with Tony, he came to my birthday parties etc I had an elementary school crush on him.
I remember his mom, and her coming to the pool all the time. I worked at the pool in h.s.
