Oh what memories I have of Uncle Jim!
My first memory:
When he came home from The Far East after the Korean War, he brought me real silk pajamas. I loved them and never wore them because they were “special”. They were turquoise.
Second Memory:
He loved his family. Arlene and “ Little Jim” first. Then his brothers and sisters and his nieces and nephews. He loved family get togethers and quite often broke into song even beyond Happy Birthday. He loved to sing.
He loved his dogs. Built them a wonderful dog house with all the conveniences.
Lastly:
He loved life. He was a good man and a fun uncle. He will be dearly missed. Rest in Peace Uncle Jim!
