Arline B. Mercure, age 90, of Doylestown, Pa., passed away peacefully on April 26, 2025.

She was born, February 23, 1935, in Philadelphia.

Arline owned a catering business, where she shared her passion for cooking. She later worked for Levy Bus Company and was known for her strong work ethic and friendly nature. She took pride in her work and valued the connections she made along the way. 

Arline found great joy in life’s simple pleasures. A passionate cook, she loved preparing homemade meals that brought loved ones together, especially during cherished family gatherings where her warmth and hospitality always shone. She enjoyed staying active through regular exercise and took pride in maintaining a beautiful garden, finding peace and fulfillment in nurturing plants and watching them grow. These activities reflected her deep appreciation for family, health, and the beauty of everyday life.

She is survived by her daughters, Robin Maar (Michael) and Dawn Molan and sons Michael Mercure (Janet) and Mark Mercure, grandchildren Joshua Michl (Bethany), Leanne Mercure, Justin Maar, Christy Martin (Kevin), Ethan, Olivia, Sophia and Alexis Mercure and Nicholas and Mackenzie Molan and great grandchildren.

She was proceeded in death by her dear son, Leon Mercure, and is also survived by her loving daughter-in-law, Sharon Mercure, whom she cherished as her own.
