Joseph Nathan Steele–12/3/2025

In Loving Memory
Joseph Nathan Steele
October 28, 1999 – December 3, 2025

With profound sorrow and deep love, we announce the passing of our beloved son, Joe, who entered eternal rest on December 3, 2025, at the age of 26. Though his time with us was far too short, his kindness, caring and child-like spirit touched the hearts of all who knew him.

Born in Hatfield, PA, Joe was a cherished son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. He will be remembered for his infectious laugh, playful-joking manner, his rock-solid loyalty to the people he loved, and his gentle heart that reflected the love of Christ in countless ways.

Joe was embarking on an Accounting Degree (CPA tract) at Gwynedd Mercy University and was working part-time as a Pastoral Associate at St Mary’s Manor (Lansdale, PA). He had a passion for Philly sports, especially the 76ers & Eagles. He found joy in his family and friends, and his presence brought light into every room.

Though we grieve his passing, we take comfort in our Catholic faith, trusting in God’s infinite love & mercy and the promise of eternal life. We commend Joe to the loving arms of our Blessed Mother and pray that he rests in the peace of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

He is survived by his parents, Gary & Alison (Thomas-)Steele, his siblings & partners Eva (Bec), John (Ellie), Alaina & David and many relatives and friends who will forever hold his memory close.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Stanislaus Church, 51 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale, PA 19446, on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 11AM. Friends and family are invited to gather for the Visitation 9AM – 10:45AM, in Church, prior to the Mass.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Catholic Mental Health Ministries

or National Mental Health Corps in Joe’s memory.

Almighty God and Father of all, you strengthen us by the mystery of the Cross and with the sacrament of your Son’s Resurrection. Have mercy on our brother Joseph (Joe). Forgive all his sins and grant him peace. May we who mourn this sudden death be comforted and consoled by your power and protection. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.
