Beatrice Griisser, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away peacefully on March 1, 2026 at the age of 87.
She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 35 years, Henry Griisser; her beloved only son, Britt and her cherished sister, Marie. Despite enduring profound loss, her love for her family never wavered.
Her greatest joy in life was her family. She is survived by her granddaughter, Amber Alfier, her husband, Nick Alfier, and her great-grandson, Luca Alfier who were her whole world. Becoming a great-grandmother to Luca, was one of the greatest blessings of her life.
She is also survived by her sister, Roseanne; her brother, Michael; and her sister-in-law, Marla. They were incredibly close, united by their love for their parents and each other, and shared countless joyful memories.
She will be remembered for her fiery personality, sassiness, and her “shop-till-you-drop” ways. She lived life boldly, spoke her mind freely, and never passed up a good sale.
She cherished her friendships deeply and was blessed with a wonderful circle of friends who meant so much to her. The laughter, stories, and memories they shared were something she truly treasured.
She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
At the request of the family, services will be private.

Also, this is how I’ll remember her. It’s a great picture of her!
So sorry to all of you for your loss. Bea was so fun to be around. I enjoyed living near her and her company. We did have a few good laughs. I shall miss her alot and going out for good eggplant parmesan. She loved my pizzelles too. Rest in peace Bea. We love you!
