Thomas William Ousey, 65, of Telford, PA, passed away peacefully on May 19th, 2023. He was surrounded by friends and family.
Tom was born on August 25th, 1957, to Dorothy and John Ousey in Roslyn. Tom graduated high school from Bishop McDevitt in Glenside, where he excelled at both football and baseball. After graduating from Ursinus College with a degree in Economics, Tom had a long career in sales at Penn Valley Chemical from which he recently retired.
Tom was an avid outdoorsman. A lifelong fisherman, he enjoyed the sport with his wife, sons, and friends. Anyone who knew Tom knows his boat was rarely idle for long, and there is not a cove in Green Lane Reservoir that he did not know like the back of his hand. He also greatly enjoyed golf, which he did at every opportunity surrounded by good friends.
Tom was predeceased by his wife of 31 years Margaret. He is survived by his sons, T.J. and Chris (Tina), by his brothers Jack and Bob, and by his sister Peggy. He also leaves behind many beloved nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Tom’s Funeral Mass on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at 11:00 AM at St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church, 51 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale, PA 19446, where his family will receive friends from 9: to 10:45 AM, in Church, prior to Mass. Interment will be in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Keystone Opportunity Group, a nonprofit organization for housing the homeless and feeding the hungry, both causes that Tom was passionate about.
