Josephine Giuliano, a lifelong resident of Lansdale PA and recently Elm Terrace Gardens, died December 11, 2021. She was the daughter of Gerardo and Pellegrina (nee Santoro) Giuliano born April 19, 1925.
Josephine enjoyed her work life at Lansdale Tube, Philco Ford. She retired from the Gas Springs Division of Teleflex that sent her to Sarasota, FL, to help establish a plant there. She retired again more recently from working the cafeteria line at ETG.
A lifetime parishioner, participant, and ardent supporter of St. Stanislaus Church, she was actively engaged in the lives of her family, including siblings, and scores of first, grand, and great-grand nieces and nephews.
Besides cooking and baking for herself and others, Josephine enjoyed learning anything and everything and visiting many places doing that. Her travels took her to the beaches of New Jersey, the Colorado Mountains, Nevada Desert, California warmth, Florida sun, and numerous graduation venues, including many in New England and one in South Bend, Indiana. In addition, she enjoyed Broadway Plays and Symphony Orchestras from NY to New England, Philadelphia, Lancaster, PA, or anywhere a bus tour struck her fancy. She said Hawaii was near the top of her list of favorites, but described her trip to Rome, Southern Italy, and Sicily in 1998 as her highlight.
Ms. Giuliano is survived by her sister Gilda (Jill), a resident at Elm Terrace Gardens, and her brother, Jerry, from Wakefield, MA.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Nicola (Nick) and Luigi (Lou).
