Ronald O’Herrick–4/30/2020

It is with great sadness that the family of Ronald O’Herrick announces his passing. He will forever be missed by his adoring loved ones – daughter Jessie, father James, and siblings David, Lawrence (Patricia), Cynthia (Mark) and Frank, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Mary Eunice, and brother, James.

Ronnie was born in Johnstown, PA on August 29th, 1957, with his family settling in the Lansdale area in 1961. He was employed for many years by Merck Sharp and Dohme as an electrician, and was always known to be a jokester and proud American. He spent the larger portion of his life creating a hobby out of learning all that he could about American history and collecting antiques that embodied those critical moments in time.

He was the life of the party, and thrived on making others laugh. He was unforgettable, and also knew everyone in town, from old classmates to colleagues, to restaurant owners and their employees, if you were out with him, you were bound to meet someone he recognized. No gathering with family or friends will ever be the same without Ronnie. He will live on through those who loved him – as they will always cherish his sense of humor, big bright smile, and larger than life personality.

Services will be held at a to be determined date and time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
