
Dr. HENRY VIRGILIO, Son of the late Alexander Virgilio and Anna (nee. Liberto) Virgilio, died on Saturday morning, January 18th surrounded by his family members. He is survived by his nieces and nephews: Cal Brackin, Stephen Virgilio, John Virgilio, Catherine Roland, Marie Wickersham and other relatives. He graduated from Lansdale High School. He attained degrees from multiple Colleges and Universities culminating in his PhD in Linguistics from Georgetown University. He served in the United States Army. Upon his retirement after teaching at Upper Dublin High School he followed his passion for painting and sculpture. He was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church.
A viewing will be held Thursday, January 23rd from 9 to 10 AM followed by a Service at Simcox-McIlvaine Funeral Home, 532 E. Main Street, Lansdale, PA 19446. Burial will be at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church Cemetery. He will be remembered for his kindness to others and devotion to family.
