Katherine J. Lugas, 89, a lifelong resident of the North Penn area died Sunday, February 10, 2019, at Dock Terrace Nursing Home in Kulpsville.

Born in Franconia she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Pauline (nee. Shimkus) Lugas. Miss Lugas was the last of 10 brothers and sisters.

She was a factory worker in the Tile industry for many years.

Throughout her life she was a devoted member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Lansdale.

Surviving are many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Stanislaus Church, 51 Lansdale Ave, Lansdale, where her family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in Church prior to Mass.  Interment will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
