Stella Molettiere passed away peacefully on September 16, 2025 after a long journey with Alzheimer’s disease. She was 99 years old.

Stella was born in Perkasie to the late Joseph and Josephine (Wyczalkowski) Siek and spent her early years in Perkasie and Sellersville, graduating from Sell-Perk High School in 1944. Upon her marriage, she moved to Lansdale where she lovingly raised her family. She was a long time member of St. Stanislaus Church.

Stella married the love of her life, Felix (Rich) Molettiere and they celebrated 63 years of love until his passing in 2013. 

She was a long time employee of the former Lansdale Discount House. Her beautiful sewing skills early in her marriage were evident in the clothes she made for her children. Later in life, her creativity moved to crafts and card making. But her true passion was family. She was a devoted mother/grandmother and she cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, making wonderful memories with each one. She was an avid baker and known for her large “G Mom” slices of cake.  She was proud of her Polish heritage, passing down those traditions.

Stella is survived by her loving family, including her children: Deborah Garges and her husband, Robert; Tom Molettiere and his wife, Mary; Terri Lynn Snyder and her husband, Jeffrey; daughter-in-law Sharon Molettiere, and son of her heart, Bob Holly and his wife, Nio. In addition, she is survived by 11 grandchildren: Michael Molettiere and his wife, Lisa; Matthew Molettiere and his wife, Courtney; Christina Koziol and her husband, Jeffrey; Genevieve Coffield and her husband, Joshua; Stephanie Macaluso and her husband, Joseph; Priscilla Riek and her husband, Michael, Tina Flick and her husband, Daryl; Anthony Garges and his wife, Patrisha; Christopher Snyder and his wife, Erin; Holly Snyder and her husband, Gavin; and Noelle Snyder.  She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren: Josiah, Levi, Stella, Ethan, Kenley, Grant, Chloe, Charley, Connor, Amelia, Tyson, Eva, Laila, Colin, Natalie, Noah, Andrew, Sophia, Lily, Hayes and Ethan.

In addition to her parents and husband, Felix, she was predeceased by her son, Richard (Dick) Molettiere; great-grandson, Nathan Riek; and her sisters, Helen Holly and Mary Naumowicz.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Stella’s Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 10:30 AM at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 51 Lansdale Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446, where the family will receive friends from 9 AM to 10:20 AM, in Church,  prior to Mass.
