  1. I am so sorry to see that Felix has passed from this earth. I know Felix from my childhood friend Heyda Baez Toth and family, and have always seen him with a smile in his handsome face. I am so proud of his service to our Country and City of Philadelphia, and certain there is a special place for him in Heaven.

  2. I was lucky to have worked with Felix in the 6th District. He had a great sense of humor, was a good guy and cop. He is fondly remembered by all his coworkers on the Philadelphia Police Department.
