  1. Ann was one of my fellow performers on WDVR’s Heartlands Hayride program. It was always a pleasure having her on the show. She was a real pro! Sending my deepest sympathy to Ann’s family and many friends.

  2. Dear Jack,
I have admired the love you always showed toward Ann and I’ll never forget standing next to you as you held her hand in the hospital when she breathed her last breath.
Ann will enjoy Eternal Happiness now, something she prepared for her whole life.
Now you will write the next chapter of your life. As you do so, do not hesitate one bit to call me if you need help of any kind or just need someone to talk to, to share your pain. You know I’d be right there for you.

  3. Dear Jack and family
You know I worked with her many many times. I also listened to her on the radio and CD’s. We play them quite often. She had a gift lasted for a long time. She must have set a record since I saw her perform in 2024. Her voice was still that of a young person. My sympathies to her family, friends, and fans.

  4. My wife and I have received so many blessings in life and one of these came when we met Ann. Our friendship grew over time and we always enjoyed her company no matter what we did together. Her wonderful smile, her golden throat, her opinion on a variety of topics was always appreciated. We were planning on a June birthday party, something she wanted to do this Spring. She will be dearly missed. Thankfully we have her CD’s and fond memories of the things we did together.

  5. My Grandma didn’t just sing country music — she lived it. Her voice carried stories of love, faith, heartache, and joy, and she shared them with anyone who would listen. Whether on a stage or in her living room, her songs wrapped around us like a warm quilt. Her live music may have quieted, but her melody will live forever not just in my memory, but in the form of records and CDs. I’m grateful for the 44 years God blessed me by having you in my life. Your great-grandchild (Brayden Reis, Bryna Reis, Braelyn Reis and Cameryn Huber “your little buddy”) will miss you terribly. I know you have been reunited with your sons, my father and my Uncle Ricky by being called home to God. Until we meet again, I love you and your legacy lives on in me. I will think of you every time I am singing in church. I hope you’re looking down on me and proud of me.
    Your loving granddaughter,
    Michelle
