James C. Bowden, age 85, of Mt Holly, NJ, died peacefully at his home on March 30, 2025.

He is preceded in death by his wife Maureen A. Bowden. He is survived by his daughter Lauren Bowden and her husband Matthew Rumpf, his granddaughter Avery Bowden and grandson Mason Rumpf. James spent the majority of his life as an auto mechanic and loved participating in and attending car shows around the area with his daughter and friends. James always had a smile on his face, loved all children and animals, and was always up for a conversation. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing at Simcox McIlvaine Funeral Home at 532 E Main St Lansdale PA 19446 on Tuesday April 8, 2025 from 9-11am. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the SPCA of your choice.
