
Rose Ann Stowe, age 70, of Lansdale, passed away at her home on Friday, April 3, 2026.
Born in Philadelphia on June 3, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Anthony Violi.
She was a graduate of North Penn High School, Class of 1973.
Rose worked as a legal secretary and in the latter part of her career worked with government patents.
She and her husband, Ed, enjoyed traveling to places such as the Outer Banks, Florida, and Hawaii. They enjoyed watching the Phillies and Eagles games together. Reality TV was also a favorite pastime of hers.
Rose was an avid collector of Precious Moments and Cherished Teddies figurines and had a love of gingerbread items.
Attending craft shows with her family and spending time finding treasures at the thrift stores gave her great pleasure. She always kept an eye out for spotting her family’s favorite items.
Rose was an excellent baker and enjoyed sharing her treats with family and friends.
If there was a birthday, holiday, or special occasion, Rose would show her thoughtfulness and acknowledge it with a card.
In addition to her father, Rose was preceded by her beloved husband, Edward Stowe, in 2015.
Surviving is her mother, Anna (nee Anderson) Violi, her sisters Carrie Brown (preceded by her husband, Joseph), Antoinette DiGiondomenico (preceded by her husband, Ralph), and Frances Patterson; nephews Frank Volpe, Aaron Patterson, Marc Patterson, and Trevor Patterson, as well as her step-son, Bill Stowe.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 10 AM at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 51 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale, PA 19446, where the family will receive friends from 9 AM to 9:50 AM, in Church, prior to Mass. Interment will be private.
