Peter Hillman, 65, of Hatfield, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2025. Born and raised in the Ambler area, Peter was a devoted family man and friend to many.

He was known for his fun-loving spirit, his caring nature, and his willingness to always put others first. Peter enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, playing golf, and cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles — Go Birds! He especially loved going to the mountains and spending time at the lake. 

Peter is survived by his loving wife, Cathy; four children, Peter Jr. (Young Chang), Jennifer, Mark (Ashley), and Jacob; three grandchildren, Hunter, Colton, and Alexandra; and his siblings, Robert and Margaret. Peter was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert V. and Frances (Hankinson) Hillman.

A memorial service will be held at the Church of the Messiah, 1001 Dekalb Pike, Lower Gwynedd Township, PA on September 17, 2025. The family will receive visitors from 9:00 am to 10:50 am., with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Peter’s memory to the Boy Scouts of America—Cradle of Liberty Council (Please designate Troop 178).

Peter’s warmth, generosity, and passion for life will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
